Guys this is the worst property u will check-In ever .! - Firstly they said they have not received any booking . - 2nd I booked this room from Oyo around 642 but the time I reached at the reception they asked to pay more as last pay was the booking amount u paid to Oyo .! -3rd they asked not to pay from Oyo app and said pay to our QR code as Oyo server is running slow .! - 4th lady by the name Shweta she is so rude as she does it know how to address the guest .! -5th she asked for ID which we shared but she was trying to be over smart so much that she was trying to make booker stupid .! - 6th even if ID picture is bit blur they won’t accept . She overall wanted to say that the guest who are coming they won’t be happening the right ID proof .! -7th at the time of checking -out we asked any pending bills left they said no everything done just sign .! -next day Shweta again called up and said that please pay pending amount of food or else will be sharing the email at your address her tone was like harassing.! Overall I think they do very good planning on how to empty guest pocket .! This place is the whole fraud place guys never do check-in #staff attitude issue # disrespectful place #fraud people at the reception Having a good room property is not good enough to run a hotel they should have good staff with good knowledge which makes the hotel a memorable place for every guest

Guy's Must avoid this property. The front desk person karan, his behavior is very bad. He has no manners to talk. also he is not good for hotels reputation. I had booked hotel through Make My Trip, while check-in, at reception they refused to give us room. However I had valid bookings also they refuse to refund.

Worst experience 8j checkin my booking price is 877 but at the time of check-in price plunged to 1987 because they checkin in suits this is scam Oyo didn't do anything never helps

It’s just a PG hostel turned forcefully into a hotel. The rooms are just old 1RKs retrofitted to hotel guidelines. The rooms are unclean and if you have dust allergies, please avoid.

Some civil work in progress making lot of noise, Rooms are ok but can be much more better, staff is ok but can be more active asking for details again and once the documents submitted to them.overall it not gives an impression of a 3 start hotel from inside more can be done

My recent stay at this hotel was not so good experience, room was clean but the washroom and the water was not clean i got some skin allergies hygiene was not maintained at all, and staff specially the receptionist was so rude and they enquired alot things and charge extra money. I will not recommended this hotel to anyone.

My experiences with hotel staff were abhorrent; they were impolite to guests. They don't even give a damn about their customers, and I doubt their head is even aware of it. Avoid it if you're seeking for an excellent hotel.
